Day 0 : Project Initiation

Hey everyone! 👋

I'm super exited to start my journey as Joomla Academy student on the Project JA-Advanced Migration Tool to ease migration between other Content Management Systems to Joomla.

Project Objectives:

• Develop a framework-agnostic migration system

• Enhance media transfer capabilities

• Improve database migration processes

• Create comprehensive logging and error handling

• Implement user-friendly progress tracking

Technical Focus:

• Extend the migration tool to support additional CMS platforms

• Improve user experience during migration process

• Implement robust error handling

• Ensure security during the migration process

🧠 About the Project

This project will help users to easily migrate from other CMS to Joomla, lowering the barrier for adoption by making migration smoother, faster, and less error-prone.
